We are aware of a number of organisations that claim to be able to provide delegate registration data or offering a service relating to our events. As the event organiser, BiP Solutions would like to make it absolutely clear that we do not sell on or share our delegate or exhibitor data to third parties to be re-marketed in this way. We take data security, and our obligations under GDPR, seriously. Approved suppliers will be listed in the Exhibitor Portal or communicated out via email. If you receive communication from any organisation claiming to be working with us on this event then please note this is not genuine and we would advise you not to respond.
