In this session from the Scottish Government, introducing the New ‘Civil Engineering (Scotland) Framework’ & DPS:

• Public Sector Bodies will learn how to access and use Framework
• Main Contractors will learn that there will be future iterations to compete for places as Framework Suppliers
• Subcontractors will learn who the Framework Suppliers are for subcontracting opportunities
• Suppliers will learn what a DPS is and how it operates, and be given links to the DPS application process.
• Suppliers and Public Sector bodies will also learn about the collaboration undertaken to develop a set of NEC4 additional clauses, making the Framework and DPS unique, and learn about a number of important key benefits secured, via collaboration, with them in mind.
