Now in its 20th year, the Scottish Government National Procurement Conference returns as a central feature of Procurex Scotland 2025. Bringing together senior leaders and practitioners from across the public sector, the Conference provides a platform to reflect on two decades of progress while looking ahead to the future of public procurement in Scotland.
